For me, happiness is found in moments of self-actualization—when I’m fully immersed, losing myself in meaningful work that truly matters. In those rare states, time slows down, distractions vanish, and I feel most alive. I call this state “the ZONE.”
In the ZONE, I'm present. My purpose is clear. Focus fuels not just achievement, but real joy—an energy that feels natural, healthy, and sustainable.

For me, this journey is deeply personal. Years of chronic fatigue and a sense of disconnection—depersonalization—made feeling truly alive seem out of reach.
